Mc Atamney Solicitors represented Colin Armstrong in his defence of legal proceedings brought by the Assets Recovery Agency over assets valued at £4.8 million.
The case was subsequently settled with Mr Armstrong handing over a number of properties to the ARA and in return the Agency allowing him to retain properties in Northern Ireland, Nice and Dublin as well as them contributing towards his legal costs.
